I first discovered Kambo in 2015, while supporting a close friend who was feeling low and in need of something to shift his perspective. I decided he was just wild enough to try this frog medicine I had recently heard about – and despite my nerves, I decided to join him in solidarity, What I didn’t expect was to discover a treasure.

I see Kambo as one of those antidotes that appear in nature, like dock leaves with nettles; a counterforce to the collective ills of our time. Where we feel isolated, Kambo invites connection; when anxiety takes hold, it supports clarity and quiet confidence; when our attention feels frayed and scattered, Kambo offers easy focus; and where we feel lack, Kambo helps us feel gratitude, appreciation, contentment.

I make no claims to be some sort of shaman or curanderos – but I am confident to guide you in the process. My role is to ensure safety above all, to create a grounded space where you can meet yourself – fully, honestly, without judgement. Kambo does the work it needs to do; I’m here to support that with care, presence and respect. You don’t need to come to Kambo feeling brave or certain – you just need to come as you are. Whether you’re seeking clarity, release or reconnection, my aim is to support you with integrity and warmth, every step of the way.
